Ahmed I. Moussa CEO & Co-Founder
Ahmed has 25+ years in the investment industry and has a deep background in investment banking, private equity and investment management including Strategy, corporate finance, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic and financial modeling, performance analysis, corporate restructuring, privatization and structuring Sharia compliant transactions.
Ahmed focus is mainly managing the strategic investment planning, where he develops and manages asset allocation strategies and oversee investment portfolio performance. In addition, he conducts the business valuation for PE & JV investments in different sectors and manages M&A investments for all relevant processes.
Ahmed served on the Board of Directors of a number of global, regional and local companies and mutual funds.
Ahmed carried out transactions in Germany, UK, Greece, Malaysia, Turkey, Singapore, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Sudan, Oman, Jordan, Libya, Kenya and Cameroon.
Ahmed received his Bachelor of Commerce from Cairo University and also holds a post graduate diploma in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University and Fellowship (Equivalent to Ph.D.) in Accounting & Finance.
